The coastal town of Koper is one of the oldest in Slovenia and exudes Mediterranean flair.
From here, visitors can start tours along the former Parenzana narrow-gauge railway. On foot or by bike. The path, now known as the “Path of Health and Friendship,” leads around 130 kilometers from Trieste, Italy, via Koper to Poreč in Croatia.
